Its Not Nice To Fool With Mother Nature

Some of you who are old enough will remember this commercial from back in the 70's.

It amazes me how tame it is compared to some of the ads one sees on TV now.

We're entering into summer and here, where I live, we've only had a couple of 100 degree days (37 C). In fact, it has been barely into the 80's (26 C) with a few 90 degree (32 C) days. Usually by this time of year, all you hear is the hum of air conditioners, and the warnings to conserve power or there will be rolling brown and blackouts.

We've even had some pretty good amounts of rain.

There have been news articles about how crops are not doing well due to the unusual weather across the world. (Yes, that is a hint that maybe you should buy now before the prices go up this fall)

Yesterday, in New Jersey, so much hail fell that it looked like it snowed.

You can watch the video here if you missed it on the news.

But that paled when compared to this.

This is stupefying.

A storm turns Beijing, China into night.

This Associated Press photo was taken at 11:30 AM local Beijing time. It's not quite noon and the streetlights are on!

The hail storm that accompanied this weather killed fourteen people and injured another 180! The winds were clocked at over 65 miles per hour (104 Kph). Yahoo Australia has the story.

I have to wonder with the screaming over Global Warming and the admission by Germany of participating in active climate modification (chemtrails) just what will we reap with what has been sown? It isn't just the Germans who have been screwing with weather patterns.

I frequently come out of my home to be greeted by a crystal clear early morning sky, and by 0700 local time, the sky is criss-crossed with these milky filaments flowing out of high altitude planes. Planes that make u-turns in the sky.

China actively, and quite publicly, screwed with the weather for the Beijing Olympics.

Maybe Mother Nature has had enough with being screwed with.

Psst, mom. It wasn't me!
