And who shall weep for the "Repo Man"?

Mayberry had a list of things on his site indicating how bad the gathering storm is.

I ran across this and thought I would add it to his list. If ever there was a telltale sign of the financial maelstrom that is about to suck down the world, drowning all who have not paid heed to the warnings, I believe this is it.

Recession tough on the repo man, too.

I don't think anyone would weep for those soulless bastards. Real funny, them talking about a guy who's lost his house, his job, and now he's about to lose the vehicle he lives in. I'm surprised you don't hear about more of them getting shot.

Shiner,

I was in Antioch, California last week. Not a great place to be. I was at the Somersville Town Center (rapidly becoming a ghost mall). There was a repo-team there, Not one guy, but three. One in the tow truck, two others in a Ford Explorer.

Check this out:

Guy shoots at repo team:

Then turns himself in.

Actually when you search the news online there's a fair number of these things. I think they're not getting any airplay because they don't want to give anyone any ideas.

Guess times are hard all over...but some of these folks have been feeding off the misery of others for a long time. What goes around, comes around...
