Cool,I saw this not long ago.But if its illegal to shoot people in war with a .50 cal sniper rifle why all the reports of long range shots including the Canadians new record? I think he is misinformed or I misunderstood what he was talking about? Serious firepower in USA! Wannabe dictators would be well advised to remember that!

I think under Geneva it is illegal to shoot personnel with the .50 cal but we kind of threw that out when we started the War on Terror.
