Happening Now - *UPDATED*

In a neighboring city, a man's home was raided by a SWAT team that belongs to the US Department of Education.

That's right, the Department of Education apparently has a SWAT team under the Office Of The Inspector General.

Read about it here:

Education Officials Break Down Stockton Man's Door

Did you notice something in the article that is extremely troubling?

The Department Of Education ISSUED the warrant!

Since when do a bunch of incompetent (as shown in the article....they had the wrong house), paper shuffling screwballs who ride herd on a bunch of largely leftist, Obama supporting instruments of brain washing have the authority to ISSUE warrants AND have their own private army?!

Things are seriously screwed up.

This is what the people who supported the Weather Underground and The SDS have brought this country to.

And this in from a friend of mine, known as RabidRealtor, who lives down in Mexico. He witnessed this incident and photographed it from his home.

Gun Battle In Mazatlan

UPDATE

Since the article has apparently been pulled from the site, (Thank you Kellie), here is an archived copy retrieved from Blackvoices.

Cops kicked a man's door down becasue his estranged wife has student loans.

STOCKTON, CA- Kenneth Wright does not have a criminal record and he had no reason to believe a S.W.A.T team would be breaking down his door at 6a.m. onTuesday.

"I look out of my window and I see 15 police officers," Wright said.

Wright came downstairs in his boxer shorts as a S.W.A.T team barged through his front door. Wright said an officer grabbed him by the neck and led him outside on his front lawn.

"He had his knee on my back and I had no idea why they were there," Wright said.

According to Wright, officers also woke his three young children ages 3, 7, and 11 and put them in a Stockton police patrol car with him. Officers then searched his house.

As it turned out, the person law enforcement was looking for was not there - Wright's estranged wife.

"They put me in handcuffs in that hot patrol car for six hours, traumatizing my kids," Wright said.

Wright said he later went to the mayor and Stockton Police Department, but the City of Stockton had nothing to do with Wright's search warrant.

The U.S. Department of Education issued the search and called in the S.W.A.T for his wife's defaulted student loans.

"They busted down my door for this," Wright said. "It wasn't even me."

According to the Department of Education's Office of the Inspector General, the case can't be discussed publicly until it is closed, but a spokesperson did confirm that the department did issue the search warrant at Wright's home.

The Office of the Inspector General has a law enforcement branch of federal agents that carry out search warrants and investigations.

Stockton Police Department said it was asked by federal agents to provide one officer and one patrol car just for a police presence when carrying out the search warrant.

Stockton police did not participate in breaking Wright's door, handcuffing him, or searching his home.

"All I want is an apology for me and my kids and for them to get me a new door," Wright said.

Yeah I'd REALLY like to know WTF the DOE needs a friggin' SWAT team for. To "serve warrants" for delinquent student loans?!!

NO MORE.

Expect to see more of these raids since we now have more Student Loan Debt than we have on all of our credit cards.

DO NOT TAKE A STUDENT LOAN FROM THE GOVERNMENT!

they seem to have already removed the story, I was able to find a video of the man explaining what happened, but already (from what I can tell) it has been removed twice.

HA! I bet they were "persuaded" to take it down since it was essentially going viral. I've got snippets from the story on my blog, if'n you'll pardon the intrusion Catman...

Hey folks,

Thanks for stopping by and leaving your thoughts.

Craig, you know full well that people are always welcome to link to this site and to reference their own sites and articles.

This is about educating people on how screwed up the system is and what we have to do to protect ourselves.

Seems a bit extreme to me.

I guess anyone with a student loan default should start thinking about paying it back - sounds pretty extreme to me. And yes, a SWAT team for the Department of Education does sound a little overboard.

The trend for the past few years has been for EVERY Fedgov agency to have their own tactical army.

The next thing will be execution squads. But of course, that is what SWAT teams are all about, isn't it?

A cowed citizenry, is a controllable citizenry.

It is time to lock and load, and make these thugs pay for their abuse. They need to be hunted down for the rabid dogs that they are.
