2010 is drawing to a close here on the west coast of the United States. A few more hours we will be ushering in a new year.
It is something of a mystery to me why so many people make resolutions to work to better themselves, and yet the world seems to continue to stagger on along the same path of moral turpitude that has plagued mankind since Cain and Abel threw rocks at each other.
I'm not resolving to be a better person this year. I've tried that, and I've disappointed not only myself, but those around me. Yesterday's confrontation in a parking lot with a middle aged guy (uh, yeah that's right, I'm a middle aged guy now too) who looked like a metrosexual or his mom still dressed him brought this point home.
When I was a kid, I was always in fights. Some won. Some lost....initially, but payback can come in subtle forms. It usually started as a result of some insult or taunt delivered by the other combatant. My parents were always after me to control myself, and over the years, that control was hard won.
Lately, that has been slipping. Yesterday, I was having a difficult time deciding if I wanted to use a hatchet, knife, maul, or framing hammer ( all within reach in the back of my work truck) to attack this guy with. All this was as a result of him making a rude comment about my truck being stopped partially in a handicap zone as materials were being loaded.
It was quite evident to anyone the situation was temporary and no one was being inconvenienced as there were other empty handicap spaces adjacent to this one. For whatever reason, this ass could not refrain from opening his mouth. I explained the situation to him, and he simply repeated himself in an even louder and more obnoxious voice. I told him to mind his own business, and his witty retort was to say "Go f*** yourself!".
I stepped away from the back of my truck towards him and he RAN away across the parking lot screaming profanities at me. As he ran away, I wanted to give chase and beat the tar out of him, but I just stood there watching the fool.
Other people watched the exchange and the annoyance was plain on their face. This idiot had to be in his forties, fat with a comb over, and he's screaming profanities at the top of his lungs with no regard to other people, including women with small kids.
The guy from the store that was helping me load mumbled something about the guy's probable sexual proclivities and told me to forget about the jerk.
But you know, I can't.
It bothered me so much yesterday that I wound up with a pounding headache. Today, as I write this, its coming back.
I think what is bothering me so much about this incident, is that it embodies in one small vignette, everything that is wrong with the past three years. This idiot was every congressman, every banker, every CEO, CFO and lawyer, every state and local politician, every bureaucrat, every TSA agent, every single thing and person that has basically done everything possible just to make a simple every day American's life a living hell. They shout at you, and run away, smug in the knowledge that the law was written to protect them and punish you if you so much as object.
It has been often said that some people are alive simply because it is illegal to kill them.
A good friend of mine also has impressed upon me that if you kill one person or a hundred, or even more, the punishment is the same. So, once you start, don't stop. Make it count. Make sure you keep your list up to date.
I'm hoping this new year will bring much profit to American companies and workers making American rope.
Happy New Year.

Reframing The Second Amendment "Gun" Debate
Over the decades, opponents of a free people's right to own, possess, and use the tools of defense have directed assault after assault on the Second Amendment.
"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
The initial victory for those who oppose the private ownership of the tools that are arguably the guarantors of every other right we enjoy was reframing the argument from "arms" to "firearms" or "guns".
Does anyone see "firearm" or "gun" listed in the Second Amendment?
The word used is "arms". The word "arms" is synonymous in this context with "weapons". Specifically, weapons of war.
The year was 1791, and the authors of the Constitution for the United States of America and the Bill of Rights were hard at work trying to hammer out the laws that would prove to be the foundation for our young nation's future.
These authors were very specific in their language. The amendment took into account the evolving nature of warfare, and weaponry. The War of American Independence had seen numerous innovations in warfare. Arguably more than had been seen in the previous two centuries. All of this had been witnessed by the men sitting in sweltering confines deliberating on the exact wording of the law.
At the outbreak of hostilities with forces loyal to King George, most colonists were armed with an ad-hoc collection of firearms used for hunting (musket and blunderbuss), pistols, bows, daggers, heirloom swords, and farming implements like axes and hatchets. There were other less effective passed down weapons from earlier conflicts such as spontoons (partizan).
The loyal British forces were better equipped with access to cannon, mortars, howitzers, swivel guns and grenades.
Most of the improvements to the colonial forces armaments were initially due to the seizure of British munition stocks. Almost immediately, colonial forces began to produce their own weaponry.
It is also worthwhile to note at this time in history, the word "gun" referred to cannon, not hand held firearms.
The hardships endured by colonial troops including lack of proper clothing and fighting equipment impressed upon the architects of the Bill of Rights the need for citizens to be able to defeat a renegade government. Remember the principal author of the Second Amendment was none other than James Madison.
While Madison wrote over a third of the Federalist Papers he advocated a system of government with checks and balances. Federalists (primarily bankers and urban businessmen) advocated a strong central government. It is quite evident that Madison was distrustful of a powerful central government. After all, that is exactly what they had just been fighting to free themselves from. He went on to found an opposition party called the Republicans (mostly farmers and trades people) with the help of Thomas Jefferson.
Beginning in 1837, an assault on our right to bear arms began in earnest with Georgia attempting to ban handguns. The Supreme Court ruled it unconstitutional and threw out the law.
Over the years, all manner of laws have been passed to obviate our right to armaments. Most have passed by unnoticed by the public because the government and its lapdog media have been allowed to frame the debate around ownership of "guns".
All manner of patchwork federal, state and local laws restrict the use, transport and ownership of edged weapons (swords, knives, etc), clubs, rockets, explosive devices (grenades, landmines, etc), cannon and artillery, warships, armed fighter aircraft or helicopters, armor with functional weapons or functional mechanized artillery. There are heavily restricted exceptions, but that pretty much removes it from the reach of the average guy.
When I was a kid, there was a retired marine down the road with two field guns and a flag pole in the front yard. No, the breeches were not plugged or cut. How many of you remember sights like that?
Do you see those sights now?
Really sit down and think about what you can and can't have, especially if you're like me, trapped in the People's Republic of California.
The list of what you can have, carry, drive, fly and use is really short, isn't it?
And now we're down to the last vestige of our ability to free ourselves from an over reaching and criminal government.
Damn you if you don't exercise your right and buy guns and ammunition for what many are beginning to see as a hot war to free ourselves from the forces of tyranny. No, I take that back, if you don't exercise your right, you will be damned.

Pentagon Fired On As America Nears All-Out Civil War
There are many elements in this story that were NOT covered by the major US media outlets. Does anyone other than me wonder what happened to this story? Why did it disappear from the radar?

Alternative To State Issued ID, Driver's License, Navigational Licences and Passports
If you're a First Nations person, Native American, or other person who can trace your ancestry back to those who first inhabited the lands we now call The United States of America, this is really up your alley.
These folks have decided to hold the US Government to the treaties that were entered into by sovereign tribes, peoples, and the United States.
Their licenses, plates, tags, inspection stickers, passports are LEGAL and valid. You may find yourself having to defend the legitimacy of these documents to uninformed and ignorant government officials, but the force of law is behind you.
If I understand correctly, these services are not limited to just those who can trace their ancestry back to the first inhabitants, but are available to anyone who agrees to abide by the rules set forth by the organization and have applied for, and have been accepted and sworn an oath of citizenship to a member nation.
Please visit the website of The United Nations of Turtle Island to learn more. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses for contacts within the Nations are available to clear up any questions you may have.

You Are A Slave: Documentation
The small print at the bottom is difficult to read and tends to run off the page when enlarged by clicking on the image. Here it is enlarged below:
*The 14th Amendment Slave Status is the ‘Citizenship’ given to the black Negro slaves after the Revolutionary War, because the freed slaves had no country & could not vote. Therefore, the ‘US CITIZENSHIP’ was designed to give them a US status. As a US Citizen the first 10 Amendments of the Constitution do not apply to you.
These 10 Amendments are also known as the “Bill of Rights’. It worked so well for slaves, that in 1933 when the Federal Reserved foreclosed & put the US in Bankruptcy, which it is still in to date, all governors had to pledge everything in their State(s) to the Federal Reserve Bank.
Thru ‘Registrations’ the status of the people was changed to the ‘US CITIZEN’, from ‘American’ of the American Republic of each state a person is born within.
The American People have never been told. Everyone who did have this knowledge is now dead.
Your name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS is the ‘Straw-man’ or Trust’s name – Not Yours. The ‘US Corporation’ can only do business in commerce with you the live person, if you are a ‘Corporation Name’.
To this day very State has a ‘Trust’ in which all your property belongs to the ‘State’ for the Federal Reserve Deficit, – i.e.; your car, children, homes, bank accounts, etc...
Everything you worked for & think you own -YOU DON’T. Unless you stop the assumption, make public notice that you don’t stand in for the fictitious ‘Straw-Man Trust’, in ALL CAPITALIZED LETTERS & revoke all signed adhesion contracts & fraud & POA you’ve signed away & reclaim your real ‘American Republic’ born Status, you’re living under the biggest federal government fraud.
Over 25 Million US CITIZENS have reclaimed their Birth Right as American Republic Sovereign status, per CIA statistics.
If you wish to download and distribute the PDF of this informational flier, you can do so by clicking here
Several additional points need to be made here.
The original 13th Amendment to the United States Constitution ( not the one outlawing slavery) stripped those who accepted foreign titles of their citizenship and prohibits their participation in government.
Many are unaware that lawyers, in general, who are members of the BAR (mandatory, unified, or integrated bar associations) have ties to England and thus, to the English Crown by the bestowment of the title "Esquire".
Under the original 13th Amendment, most legal professionals, including judges, would be stripped of their citizenship and be thrown out of public office.
It is eminently documentable that the original 13th Amendment was ratified by the required number of states, and became law. Due to the outbreak of hostilities with the British (War of 1812), the dissemination of the adopted law seems to stagnate. The ensuing admission of additional states, westward expansion, economic upheavals including a depression, and a war with Mexico seems to further exacerbate the problem.
And then we get another lawyer as president.
Does one really have to wonder why it was ignored by a bunch of lawyers (including Abraham Lincoln) and ultimately supplanted by a law that grew out of Lincoln's self serving "Emancipation Proclamation"?
If you really doubt whether the above documentation is "real", ask yourself why you never get allodial title to your property. Even after you pay off every debt on the property, doesn't that mean you "own" it?
Not really.
Allodial title would make your property immune to any government actions, including cases of eminent domain.
If you really "owned" it, they could never take it.

A Must Read Article: 25 Signs That Point To Nuclear War
25 Signs That Point To Nuclear War is an article that, IMHO, everyone out there should read.
Currently the site, 1913Intel, seems to be down. However, one can read the article cached over on Google's servers by clicking this link: 25 Signs That Point To Nuclear War.
In a nutshell, the article goes down the list of events and circumstances that have historically brought about large scale conflicts. We are seeing today nearly every single stressor that has, in the past, lead to an outbreak of hostilities. Everything from economic shocks, resource shocks (food, water, raw materials), displaced foreign populations that refuse to assimilate into their host communities, to expansionist dreams of rising political, religious, economic and military powers.
If the threat of nuclear war seemed remote, and if you're not sure of where to start in regards to planning for it, maybe dispelling the myths surrounding survival of a nuclear war will assist you in getting started. The Dangers Of Nuclear Weapons: Myth and Fact.
Those of us who remember the insanity of the 1970's through 1990's anti-nuclear movement have borne witness to an extreme level of propaganda and intentional disinformation designed to terrorize an ignorant population. Remember "only cockroaches will survive"?
Check out the below Mythbusters clip where insects were exposed to ionizing radiation many more times than the lethal dose for humans, and much more than one would ever see in the case of nuclear fallout except in locations where multiple large warheads were detonated. These would be large cities, research and development facilities (military labs), production facilities, and military installations.
Now compare this to the facts provided in The Dangers Of Nuclear Weapons: Myth and Fact. Pay attention to the graph that indicates the progressive decay of fallout radiation, where in as short a time as two days, one would be able to exit a shelter for brief periods and after approximately two weeks be able to stop using them.
Be sure to check out the other chapters available from Nuclear War Survival Skills (look at the left side of the page) for tips on constructing expedient shelters to building your own fallout meter from materials you may already have. Other needs such as air, food, water and sanitation are covered.

Bring Out Your Dead
The cry "Bring Out Your Dead" echoed through the streets of Europe during the black plague. Slow moving carts would trundle through the streets to allow towns people to discard the bodies of those who had succumbed to the wiles of Yersinia Pestis.
Now, they're coming to your house to take your body parts. Even if you aren't dead...yet.
New York Organ Wagon <---click to read disturbing story
"A special team will monitor 9-1-1 calls about people in danger of dying and they will travel directly to a person's home without being summoned."
"The team — composed of two EMTs, an organ donor family services specialist and a Bellevue emergency physician — will interact with grieving and shocked family members in the limited time available before it is too late to use a person's organs."
I understand that many people are waiting for transplants, but is it morally and ethically right to hover around a dying person badgering their distraught families to, essentially, "give up the goods"?
How long until the medical lobby manages to make such donations "mandatory" given the huge profits transplants bring hospitals and transplant surgeons?
Is it just me, or is something very wrong here?
