Census Worker Found Hanged

A 51 year old substitute teacher and Boy Scout Troop Leader, Bill Sparkman, working for the US Census was found hanged after being reported missing by a retired state trooper.

The apparent hanging occurred near a cemetery in Clay County, Kentucky. The location of the hanging is part of the Daniel Boone National Forest.

The word "Fed" was allegedly found scrawled across his chest.

This is such a sad thing...but I'm afraid that this is only the beginning of this sort of thing!

Sad, but just goes to show...don't take the job if you don't want the risks involved. I wonder what the death rate of tax collectors is?
