It is the president of Brazil, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, who said this. The amazing thing is that Gordon Brown of The United Kingdom was sharing the stage with President Da Silva in Brasilia yesterday, March 27.
“This crisis was caused by the irrational behavior of white people with blue eyes, who before the crisis appeared to know everything and now demonstrate that they know nothing.”, said President Da Silva.

The seeds are being sown at every level to try and divide people along racial, religious, and economic lines. We, as a people, must not allow the elites who have created this situation to gain control and direct our outrage and use this situation to their advantage.
We have been lied to, used, and murdered to satiate their cupidinous appetites.

I Don't buy- pun intended- we 'gotta' do any such crap as formulate a global financial system when we can't seem to responsibly fiscally manage a national one.

I can only suspect that the PTB all over are being more than a little surprised that they are finding plenty of INFORMED and rational resistance to some of their s0-called social improvements. I wonder if they thought people were going to stay asleep forever.
I didn't know that blue eyes was an indication of someone that would cause all these problems...

Ken, you are emblematic of people all over the world, especially here in this country. A friend of mine refers to herself as "Heinz 57" whenever anyone asks what her race/nationality/ethnicity is.
There are only three types of people in this world. People who want to control other people. People who want to be controlled because they're too stupid or lazy to manage their own affairs, and the rest of us who just want to be left alone to live our lives and conduct our affairs as we see fit.
We infringe and impose upon no one and expect the same courtesy of others. We do not expect nor demand largess from our neighbors or government, and do not see it our duty to offer it.
This is another trick to keep free people everywhere suspicious of each other and leery of cooperating against the larger threat. It also gives a green light for those who choose to be controlled to engage in violence against the labeled group.
